Exercise is a crucial part of life and you can not expect to stay healthy without exercising. But is it possible for someone to make a child understand the importance of exercise. Instead encourage him to cover the short distance by walking or cycling. See if you can ask his or her friends to do the same. When your child gets companions he or she will definitely follow your words.

If you wish your child to have special skills in some extra curricular activities encourage him or her to learn swimming, dancing or karate. These are holistic exercises that will keep your child healthy.
